The movie
After “Classic Horror Story” and “Beof”, Paolo Strippoli returns to the set with this new project whose script won the prestigious Solinas Award in 2019 “because through a suspenseful genre narrative full of mystery, the authors sum up the disturbing character of a classic horror film” Innocent and wild angel It is difficult to forget. And so they address the theme of pain as punishment but also as an inevitable stage in the life of each one of us. The film tells the story of a teacher with a painful past who moves to a mountain town, where unshakable peace reigns. He soon discovers that behind the apparent serenity lies a disturbing secret. In fact, the townspeople alleviate their suffering by entrusting it to Matteo Corbin, an introverted teenager, whom everyone considers an angel. He believes that a hug from him is enough to free him from any pain. The teacher, moved by compassion, undertakes to save the boy from mass abuse, but soon his “angel” will have to save the entire community.
