“Open Heart and Hands” Initiative – OdV. Delivery will take place on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at 7 p.m., at the Monastery of the Ancient Theological Seminary, in Piazza Duomo in Lecce
The “Open Heart and Hands – OdV” association is delivering the “Toy Bus” to the Salento community. The donation is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday 30 July 2024, at 7 p.m., at the convent of the ancient seminary, in Piazza Duomo in Lecce.
“This is – as highlighted in a note – the first mobile, multisensory and inclusive toy library in Italy where it will be possible to practice the Snoezelen method to support disabilities, autism, dementia, neurodegenerative diseases and attention deficit.
The car will be blessed by Monsignor Michele Secchia, Metropolitan Archbishop of Lecce, and then the fun moment to celebrate the event will be animated by the comedy group. The wounded“
Among the speakers will be Stefano Rossi, General Manager of ASL Lecce, Adriana Poli-Portone, Mayor of Lecce, Fabio Polis, Dean of UniSalento, Antonio Leo, psychotherapist and neurologist, Giorgia Monetti, psychologist and founder of the Snoezelen method, Giorgio Serenelli, designer, Don.
