Cagliari, an evening of music and solidarity at the “ArteS” space – Sardinia 24 report

The Councillor for Health and Well-being of Citizens, Anna Bodò, invites the city community to participate in the musical event organised on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 6.30 pm, in the multipurpose listening and creation space “ArteS” in Via Castiglione n. 1.

“ArteS” is a service provided by the Municipality of Cagliari, managed by the Panta rei Sardegna Social Cooperative Center, aimed at people with mental fragility and their families. The evening aims to self-finance the creation of the final part of the permanent installation that forms the core of the “Anime sul filo” project. This work, already present in the garden of the “ArteS” space, represents the “community construction of a network” and consists of a fir frame, into which pieces of rope have been inserted, decorated by the participants of the community project: artesian and artesian, students, social service operators, multipurpose space for listening and creation, citizens and citizens.

“The network of formal and informal relationships is what supports people in their fragility, avoids falling, accompanies them and supports them,” says consultant Anna Bodø. The permanent work will be completed by the addition of a stylized character representing “every soul walking on the edge of its fragility and searching for psychological, physical and emotional balance.”

The musical evening will feature performances, in addition to the artists who will present the song created during the musical workshops, as well as the musicians and singers Mateo Sao, Antonio Penna, Gianluca Pischedda and Ivana Bosso, who have supported the project in recent months.

The event, which will take place on Wednesday, July 17, will be an opportunity to contribute, with a free and informed offer, to the realization of the final part of the “Anime sul filo” project. It is open to all, but due to space requirements, a maximum of 70 people can be accommodated.
