I consider myself lucky to have been born in Varese, unfortunately almost 60 years ago, a city I love and which, especially in the past, has given me great sporting satisfaction thanks to basketball and Varese Calcio. Today, however, the latter arrives thanks to the Mastiff.
As we get older, we tend to suppress expressions of joy. Well, lately on the ice rink thanks to Carlo Pino, Claude Davies and all the guys on the team, whom I know personally, I’m back to cheering as a kid, running to my feet at every goal (Desautels’ latest work, by the way, is a pure technical move) for my “friends”.
