Coach Andrea Di Giandomenico made his selections. Italy’s women’s rugby team’s technical commissioner has announced that they will challenge Canada in a pre-World Cup test match for the 2021 Rugby World Cup on Sunday, July 24.
The match, which will not be televised or streamed, will be played at Starlight Stadium in Longford, British Columbia, with kick-off set for 3pm local time, which will be midnight in Italy on Sunday 24 July. and Monday 25 July.

Elisa Giordano, who has moved from the 8th row to the third row with Beatrice Veronese and Ilaria Arrigetti, will occupy the role of captain in a group that includes an expanded triangle formed by Maria Magatti, Vittoria Ostuni Minuzzi and Ara Musso.
