Hockey and A1 League ready to stop?
Too many positive cases of the virus: Tuesday night on Zoom to meet the presidents to demand the postponement of the tournament
An extraordinary meeting of Fisr to decide the suspension of the tournament. On Tuesday evening, the federation leaders and representatives of the 14 Serie A clubs will meet via Zoom to decide what to do after the various positive cases that have appeared in several teams (of these, the amateurs always suffer from seven positives). At the moment, it is impossible to think of an already regular recovery on Wednesday, January 5, according to the calendar. It makes more sense and is more likely to move towards suspending the championship until the end of January or early February, as many clubs would like, and then restart it by reintroducing even quick pads, a solution previously considered by the federation. The final and official decision will arrive in the next few hours, but the feeling is that 2022 for Italian hockey can actually begin at least a month later.
