Instant draw (2:53) for the guests with Findlay and overtaking after just 14 seconds with Leclerc’s 2-1. Bolzano answered in the half hour with Halmo 2-2, then Mantenotto took a 3-2 lead at 40:27, while Jazzly made it 4-2 at 52:49. At this point the challenge becomes vibrant. Fehervar fell short with Petan 4-3 in 54:16, but Bolzano responded with Hults 33 seconds later and Thomas 56:35. In the final, there was plenty of time for Findlay 6-4 at 58:14 before the final 7-4 for Ghazli with 65 seconds left.
EC KAC-Val Pusteria 4-3 after the penalty shootout: The guests led with Archambault at 4:51, but the hosts equalized at 6:19 with Hundertpfund. Once again, Lupi led with Deluca at 19:33, but the Austrians reacted first on par with Bukarts at 27:11, then going ahead with Fraser at 32:28. Val Pusteria does not give up and level the score with Hanoun 3-3 at 56:06. The challenge was decided in a penalty shootout with a decisive goal by Bucarce.
