In addition to the official statement from Napoli, other reactions arrive from the blue club, such as the reaction of the midfielder Zambo Anguissa. In fact, to comment on Acerbe's acquittal of accusations of racist insults against his teammate Juan Jesus, the footballer used a very brief but at the same time eloquent social message: an emoji with a puzzled face… Here is Anguissa's post:

Below is the text of the note published by the Napoli club: “Mr. Acerbe has not been punished – we read. At this point, the culprit, for the sake of sporting ‘justice’, must be Juan Jesus, who would have unjustly accused his teammate.” It is not unreasonable to think that he has been misunderstood, as the principle of greatest probability of an event, which is widely evident from the dynamics of the facts and their excuses on the field, and which is taken into account in sporting justice, disappears in this sentence. Moreover, if what happened on the field, as the sentence says, “certainly corresponds to the expression of insults directed… by the Inter player, and is not ignored in its offensive and threatening tone in the same way”, why and not impose any sanctions on the latter? So why does the sentence always say, “Since the crime has been proven with certainty,” and the sporting “justice” has not taken any decision in this regard to punish the responsible person? “We are even more amazed.”

Finally, an announcement from the Napoli club: “Napoli will no longer be committed to only façade initiatives of football institutions against racism and discrimination, we will continue to do it ourselves, as we have always done, with renewed conviction and determination.”
